1. 1800flowersngifts keeps the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi, India only.
3. If 1800flowersngifts is unable to deliver your order/service, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
4. 1800flowersngifts has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, 1800FLOWESNGIFTS or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.
5. Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
   1. The customer promises that the information provided to 1800flowersngifts is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold 1800flowersngifts and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorney’s fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

Fresh Flowers/ Express Deliveries (Same Day Delivery)

1. We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise, deliveries will be made between 9 am to 9 pm on the given date. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
2. The above product will be delivered only in the mentioned list of serviceable cities. The delivery will NOT to be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
3. In case of change or cancellation of order: If your order is en route, has shipped or was delivered, we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just Email us query@1800flowersngifts.com.
4. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.
5. Shipping charges if any are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.
6. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed for the below cases :
   • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
   • Recipient unavailable.
   • Premises locked.
   • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
   • Recipient refused the products.
   • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
7. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
8. No Deliveries on National Holidays.
9. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
10. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
11. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh/Close we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
12. No change in instructions can be entertained before 1 working day of the date of delivery.
13. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
14. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update shall be available on the website. Just Email us query@1800flowersngifts.com.
15. We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
16. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
17. For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
18. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered as per “Substitution Policy”
19. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital. Hotel
    • Full address of the hotel.
    • Room number.
    • Telephone number of the hotel.
    • Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
    Hospital
    • Full address of the hospital.
    • Ward number or name.
    • Home address of recipient with phone number.
20. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
21. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

Midnight Deliveries

1. Midnight delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 AM on mentioned / “Desired Delivery Date”.
2. We deliver on Sundays except national holiday(s).
3. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned above.

Courier Delivery

1. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
2. The above products will delivered through a national Courier.
3. The courier products will be delivered all over India on and as per the delivery locations of the national courier.

No Deliveries can be made on National Holidays and Sundays.

Substitution Policy
Our Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If the floral vase/basket shown online is not available, a similar floral vase/basket will be used.

Gifts Items
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
